Refund policy

Any order can be returned within 30 days of delivery as long as the product has gone unused and unworn. Every frame we ship has a perfect pair tag on it. If the tag is removed and the seal is broken, the frame is considered used or worn and is no longer eligible for a full refund.

But, we guarantee that you’ll end up with the perfect pair. So, even after you break the seal, you have 30 days to try out your pair, and if it’s not a perfect fit, initiate an exchange, receive full credit, and try a different pair! 

We pay for your return shipping, no questions asked, and there is no limit to the number of returns you can have on your account.

All of our refunds are issued based on the specific payment method used during the original purchase. So, purchases made through credit or debit cards will have their refunds issued through the institutions that facilitated the payments. Purchases made through gift cards or redemption codes will be refunded in the form of their respective purchasing methods.
